FORCE PROTECTION SPECIALIST: THIS COURSE IS A NATO STANAG 2528 CORRESPONDING MODULE. IT IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE NATO AJP 3.14-A QUALIFICATION IN OUR HOUSE.

Description:
The dates for 2022 CPO / FPS courses + recruiting events are set. We will run 4 squads in total, max. 8 trainees each, two units in Odesa, Ukraine: beautiful location at the best spot of the black sea, famous for its clean warm ocean, cocktails, wonderful people, beach parties. The other two units will run in Florida, USA: World famous summertime hotspot. We chose these dates and locations due to multiple requests by trainees and partners to move the courses from April to the summer vacation season and to beach paradise locations. Because most of you guys will use your holidays you've planned for recreational travel so that way you can stay a few days longer after you've passed the meat grinder and relax at a beautiful beach.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
The GLOBAL.AG FPS-course is a perfect solution for security personnel pursuing to or having contracts in executive- and high-risk close protection to take their skills and abilities to a head-of-state-security level. The qualification achieved here also serves as minimum criteria required by the overwhelming majority of employers and clients when applying to high-risk close protection jobs all around the world. Our CPO education is focused on the know-how and responsibility that is required from team-leading close protection personnel. This course is certified and recognized by major institutions in the EU and worldwide. The trainees passing the exam with a minimum mark of 80% will have the possibility to sign a 6 months employment contract with us.

FPOS Level 2 | B-EVAC (secondary urban evacuation in case of fire or other blocked main escape routes / tactical rappelling) | SAC-I (Small Arms Combat - Individual) | SAC-G (Small Arms Combat - Group) | Research, pre-mission intelligence & risk analysis | Mission adjusted equipment & gear set up | Creating mission scenarios, preparing, planning & instructing a team | Team movement, arrival, departure, emergency | Convoy security driving with civilian vehicles and military 4x4 APCs | Low profile tactics | Tactical shooting | Situational awareness drills, recognizing chokepoints & IED locations | Prompt reaction, cover & evacuation | Effective unarmed combat & immediate K.O. drills | Knife combat & back-up weaponry | Force on force training | A3 - Anti Sniping, Anti Mortar, Anti NBC attack |
This course ends with an exam: A simulated 24h mission with force on force elements.
OPTION:
THE TEAMS CAN CHOOSE TO GO THROUGH AN ADDITIONAL REALISTIC FORCE-ON-FORCE MODULE. DURING WHICH THEY USE RIOT CONTROL RUBBER MUNITION REACHING ENERGIES UP TO 7 JOULES. PROTECTIVE GEAR WILL COVER FACE, THROAT & REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS ONLY. HITS ARE EXTREMELY PAINFUL AND REQUIRE IN SOME CASES SEVERAL DAYS OF RECOVERY OF THE BODY PART HIT OR EVEN BASIC MEDICAL CARE. MEDICAL PERSONNEL WILL OVERLOOK THE MODULE, AND TRAINING DEVICES USED ARE UNABLE TO SHOOT LIVE AMMUNITION. THE ATTENDANCE OF THIS MODULE ADDS AN EXTRA POINT TO THE EXAM RESULTS.

WHAT ARE THE TRAINING CONDITIONS?
Theoretical classes are held in classrooms, practical drills at training towns with houses, streets, vehicles, open spaces and hills.
Weaponry used will represent the common set of models and calibers that you will have access to and use most of your future worktime: Makarov 9x18mm, Glock 17 9x19mm, Grand Power P1 9x19mm, CZ P07 Gen II, Roni G2, M4 compact 5,56x45mm, AKM47 7,62x39mm, MP5 9x19mm, Mosin Nagant 7,62x54R, various .308 and .338 LM rifles.
Vehicles used: civilian - Mitsubishi L200, Nissan Patrol; military - LAPV ENOK, GLOBAL.AG C.A.T 4x4 APC.
Accommodation will be in local hotels and business class apartments, catering healthy, tasty, diverse.
WHAT GEAR IS REQUIRED?
Bring a daypack-sized backpack, casual clothing, classic outfit with suit, shirt and tie. Boots, combat shirt, duty pants, gun belt, throat microphone, and basic IFAK are included in the course fee, given out to the trainee and kept by him for duty after the course. If you don't have any of the gear required, write it in the 'Annotation'-field when signing up for this course.
